Inspired by over 20 years of working with children, I have developed a conscious and mindful approach that nurtures both child and parent. Through practical, soulful guidance, I lead parents towards a deeper connection with their intuition, through self-awareness, and healing. Together, we reduce guilt and overwhelm, while deepening each parent’s bond with their children.

‘Mindfulness Masters’ Club – biweekly sessions for home educated children
 
Welcome to a space where your child can grow their self-awareness, resilience, and inner balance. Through fun, engaging mindfulness practices and games, children will learn to connect with their body (senses), thoughts, and emotions, helping them understand themselves better, regulate their feelings, and express themselves more freely.
 
No matter what challenges life brings, every child can develop a more balanced emotional life and become more confident, independent, and mentally balanced. 
Mindfulness_sessions
We use games, movement, breathing techniques, music, meditations, creative activities, and crafts to help kids explore their thoughts and feelings, learn to regulate them, tap into their creativity, and feel more positive and empowered.
Children will discover powerful techniques that help them:
 
* Relax and regulate their emotions
* Concentrate and perform better
* Improve their mood and relieve anxiety
* Boost their happiness and joy
* Communicate better with others
* Enhance sleep quality and increase self-confidence.
 
In every session, our Mindfulness Masters will also have a chance to get creative with crafts. These mindful creations, like worry boxes or dreamcatchers, will reflect the theme of the class, offering a tangible reminder of their learning.

These joyous sessions for kids take place biweekly in Acorn Wellness Retreat centre in Brimham Rocks.

Online Support Group for Families

For 5 years, Mindful Playful Families has been a safe, supportive space for parents and caregivers. Here in this private Facebook group, we gather to nurture our own and our children’s mental health and well-being, engaging with helpful resources like mindful games, breathing techniques, mindset tools, meditations and interviews with experts and much more.

As a parent myself, I know childrens mental health and emotional wellbeing is parentsTOP priority, especially with todays mix of information overload, whirlwind of global events and a general fast pace of living. Parents have to tackle all sorts of pressures every day.

As a member, youll find information and advice on developing resilience, confidence, emotional intelligence and wellbeing in your children, with a range of resources, games and activities to help them to become more mindful, empowered and positive.

A Absolutely! The group is private (and always will be), so once youve requested to join, answered the membership questions and agreed to the group rules, Ill approve your membership.
