Intuitive Readings
Introduction to Intuition
Intuition is something we all experience — often in subtle, ordinary ways. It may arrive as a feeling in the body, a quiet sense of knowing, a thought, an image, or simply a sense that something feels right or doesn’t.
‘Introduction to Intuition’ is a gentle, experiential event – a space to slow down, become curious about how your own inner knowing speaks to you, and begin building greater trust in what you already sense within yourself.
Have you ever met someone and sensed something about them before they had even begun speaking? Felt a quiet sense of yes or no about something without being able to explain why? Or perhaps there is a dream, idea or direction in your life that keeps gently returning — something you feel drawn towards even though you cannot yet fully explain it. These are some of the quiet ways intuition can make itself known.
I believe we each carry far more wisdom within us than we have often been taught to recognise or trust. Sometimes, in the busyness of everyday life and amongst all the thoughts, expectations and outside voices around us, we simply need a little more space to hear what is already there.
Introduction to Intuition is a gentle in-person experience created especially for anyone who is curious about intuition and would like to understand it in a simple, grounded and experiential way.
You don’t need any previous experience with meditation, spirituality or intuitive practices. You don’t need to consider yourself “an intuitive person”. You are simply invited to come as you are, slow down for a while and become curious about what you notice within yourself.
Together, we will explore what intuition actually is, some of the different ways it can show up, and how we can begin distinguishing our quieter inner knowing from the many thoughts, expectations and outside voices that can fill everyday life. Rather than learning about intuition only as a concept, you will be gently invited to notice your own experience and begin recognising your own intuitive language.
The experience will include:
- a gentle introduction to intuition and how it may show up in everyday life
- a heart-opening cacao ceremony
- simple grounding and breathwork
- a guided meditation designed to help you listen inward
- reflective journalling
- optional sharing and space to hear how intuition may show up differently for others
- practical ways to notice and build trust in your own inner knowing in everyday life.
There is no “right” experience to have. Your intuition may arrive as a feeling in your body, a word or thought, an image, a memory, a sense of knowing, or simply a quiet awareness that something feels right — or doesn’t. And sometimes, nothing particularly dramatic happens at all.
The intention of this experience is not to teach you to search for extraordinary signs or to hand your decisions over to something outside yourself. It is an invitation to become more aware of the different ways your own inner wisdom may already be communicating with you.

Come with curiosity. Come with an open heart.
Leave feeling more connected with your heart, your body and your own inner knowing — with a greater understanding of how intuition may speak to you, a few simple practices you can continue exploring in everyday life, and perhaps a little more trust in yourself and in the answers that may already live within you.
