Welcome to a heart-led approach to parenting.
As a Mindfulness and Intuitive Coach, and a parent myself, I have the honour of supporting parents in cultivating greater peace, connection and resilience in their families.
Inspired by over 20 years of working with children, I have developed a conscious and mindful approach that nurtures both child and parent. Through practical, soulful guidance, I lead parents towards a deeper connection with their intuition, through self-awareness, and healing. Together, we reduce guilt and overwhelm, while deepening each parent’s bond with their children.
Amidst the whirlwind of family life and the modern world, I believe that compassionate guidance and heart-led connection can empower families to thrive with joy, resilience and emotional well-being.
The first steps of my professional career were in education—teaching at a high school in Ukraine, my home country, and later at universities in England.


After having my daughter 11 years ago, I felt a strong desire to continue working with children. I have always loved being uplifted by their energy and inspired by their natural curiosity. This time, however, I wanted to nurture children outside the traditional classroom setting, where learning often relies on absorbing information and following instructions. Instead, I sought to enrich their experiences through embodied learning—engaging their senses, encouraging practical exploration, and allowing them to discover the world in a more holistic and meaningful way.
Working as a Yoga instructor for children with Children Inspired by Yoga was a beautiful experience that allowed me to see how intensely children can be engaged when there is a physical element to their learning. Later I qualified as a Mindfulness teacher for children and adults with The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and Mindfulness in Schools Project.
Over 4 years, I found joy in observing how yoga and mindfulness can strengthen children’s bodies, empower their minds and make them happier and healthier.
I was inspired to dig deeper into how we can nurture healthy minds and spirits from very early childhood. Knowing on a personal level how mindfulness has brought peace and resilience to me and my family, I decided to dedicate myself to bringing this wonderful tool to children through The Mindful Steps.

Beginning of Soul Aligned Path
After 6 years of The Mindful Steps, I have expanded my offerings, out of which Soul-Aligned Path was born. While The Mindful Steps focused on the mind and body, I am now able to offer a wider range of skills and expertise in tending to mind, body and soul.
Alongside my work with Soul-Aligned Path, I’m also one of the founders of Sunflowers Kids Club, which we created for Ukrainian refugee children and families living in York. Working on a cause so close to my heart has been deeply fulfilling, and a wonderful opportunity to help families thrive here and feel at home.
My mindfulness and spiritual journey truly began when I became a mother. The long path to parenthood compelled me to balance my health and reconnect deeply with my body. In order to bring life into the world, I learned that my body needed to be whole and honoured.
Since then, I have continued on this fascinating and empowering path of self-discovery and spiritual growth. I immersed myself in hundreds of books, podcasts, and teachings, and have been fortunate to complete numerous energy and spiritual trainings in UK and abroad. I am a certified Intuitive Reader through Nikki Novo’s Soul Reading Method and have also trained in the Akashic Records with Don Ernesto Ortis (pictured).
I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their heart and soul so they can feel aligned, fulfilled, and purposeful. Using tools such as mindfulness, mindset work, energy practices, and insights from the Akashic Records, I guide people in rewriting their stories and cultivating greater self-awareness, joy, abundance, and fulfillment in their lives.

Following my own healing journey as a parent, I feel especially called to support other parents in transforming their experiences, releasing traumas and blocks so they can hold open, nurturing spaces for their children to grow and thrive.
